Things should be listed well in the action plan
Action plan is a written document and it should be very clear one so that there are no contingencies in following that. All the steps of action plan should be very clearly listed so that those who are responsible to perform them should perform in the best possible manner.
There should be an entire list of actions which should be performed in the best possible way. Similarly time of action and resources that can be used should also be mentioned in the action plan.
